- Corrected many typographical errors of the type "the the" and "is is"
in the text for both Postscript and HTML versions.
- Revised my snail-mail address in both HTML and Postscript versions
- In the Postscript version of the book figures referred to in other chapters
now give the the corresponding page number so that finding the figure
is easier.
- Fixed most HTML mistakes flagged by weblint
- Made e-mail address into a "mailto" link
