The main character is a
tramp clown who cannot stop juggling.
He starts with 3 balls, but appears bored. He then runs down the street
and juggles everything he can find, getting into more and more trouble.
This includes hats, puppies, loaves of bread, 4 balls, bottles, milk
containers, and 4 plates. At last he even manipulates a baby, including
the devil stick propeller trick.
