An old Chinese gentleman rides into the town of Abalone, Arizona, and changes it forever, as the citizens see themselves reflected in the mirror of Lao's mysterious circus of mythical beasts.

new-found ability to juggle,
as the mysterious Dr. Lao leaves town. The boy juggles 3 gold balls
for nearly a minute, as a symbol of the Doctor's special gift to the
boy and the other townspeople whose lives have been touched.
