Juggler's Bulletin was the first magazine in the world devoted just to juggling. It was published by Roger Montandon monthly (with a few gaps) from October 1944 to October 1948 and occasionally thereafter. This was a critical time in the history of juggling - television was just arriving on the scene, variety was dying, Francis Brunn was a dynamic newcomer, and a bunch of guys got together in a restaurant in Pittsburgh and decided to start an organization for jugglers. Montandon's Bulletin covered it all.
JB, like juggling magazines today, was a mixture of gossip, humor, descriptions of acts, convention news, photos, and advice on how to do tricks. In the summer of 1997 Roger Montandon have permission for the entire magazine to be reproduced at the JIS. A team of volunteers is working to convert the text to HTML. As yet we have done minimal formatting and have not added any of the photographs or drawings. However, most of the text is available, and we hope you enjoy reading it as much as we did.
We apologize for any typos or other errors that may have crept in during the conversion process. If you spot any, please e-mail a correction to Andrew Conway.
Thanks to the following people who have helped with the conversion project:

And of course, our eternal gratitude goes to Roger Montandon and his contributors who gave us Juggler's Bulletin in the first place.
